Job Title : Technical Trainer (Medical Device / Pharma)

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Job type : Full-time

recruitment and client engagement
for global medical companies?

We’re looking for a

Technical Specialist

who can collaborate closely with U.S.-based clients, understand their hiring needs, and identify top technical talent for specialized engineering and manufacturing roles.

What You’ll Do :

Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. medical / pharma clients and technical recruiters.

Understand client technical needs, compliance standards, and FDA / ISO / GMP requirements.

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering roles.

Manage bench candidate training programs and monitor their readiness for deployment.

Track submissions, requisitions, and ensure timely profile delivery to clients.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field preferred).

3–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and / or manufacturing or quality engineering within

Medical Device or Pharma

sectors.

Strong understanding of

FDA, ISO 13485, GMP

, and quality systems.

Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.

Proficiency in

MS Office, ATS, and recruitment databases

Ability to work independently during

U.S. business hours
