AEM Senior Engineering Manager

Description

This role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Sr. Engineering Managers lead balanced teams of AEM engineers and designers to deliver best-in-class Brandsite experience to our customers. Sr. Engineering Managers support in-depth business reviews communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data solving problems being a force multiplier and leader of their teams).

This is a hybrid role in Chennai India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of software and systems related for brand site products from requirements. design development coding and validation
• Drive teams that focus on the higher level of the SW stack to improve user experience
• Improve the quality of products and development velocity
• Integrate solutions with internal and external products
• Interface with Product / Design team
• Hire. Retain and grow great talent
• Provide post-production escalation support
• Assess third party and open-source software
