About the Role :

As a Medical Licensing Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting with licensing initiatives. You will work full-time during EST hours, 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct research and compile applications for US state medical licenses.
• Collaborate with providers to obtain necessary documentation.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the licensure process.
• Utilize task management software to track tasks.
• Ensure proficiency in end-to-end US licensing process for various healthcare licenses.
• Prepare and transmit applications accurately for provider review.
• Handle online and paper-based submissions.
• Request and complete verifications required by state medical boards.
• Follow up until application approval.
• Respond to contacts within 24 hours.
