Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior SEO Programmatic Lead to drive Rosotravel's organic growth. This is a hybrid role combining technical SEO, programmatic content at scale, and AI / LLM SEO adaptation. The candidate will design and implement SEO structures for thousands of pages, while staying ahead of trends in AI-driven search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Bing Chat).

Key responsibilities :

• Build and manage a programmatic SEO system (templates, automation, AI-generated metadata & content)
• Oversee multi-language rollout (EN, PL, DE, FR, CN, etc.) with hreflangs and translations
• Optimize technical SEO : Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data, canonicalization
• Implement FAQ schema, JSON-LD, and LLM-friendly structures
• Monitor traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility (SGE, Bing Chat mentions)
• Collaborate with developers to implement scalable SEO features
• Report on organic growth and SEO 5+ years in SEO, with programmatic SEO experience (at least 1000+ page deployments)
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Strong understanding of AI / LLM search and Google's Helpful Content updates
• Technical SEO knowledge (Crawl budget, sitemaps, indexing management)
• Experience with multi-market SEO (USA, UK, Asia)
• Strong data-driven mindset; comfort with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs / Semrush
• Availability to work from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM (CET / CEST), Monday to Friday
• Fast and stable internet connection, as well as reliable tools for remote work
