Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Lead to drive full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor across multiple business units, legal entities, and countries.
The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting process flows, and configuring end-to-end OTL solutions.
You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to ensure accurate time capture, approval workflows, integrations, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Time and Labor implementations across global environments.
- Gather and analyse business requirements; translate them into scalable OTL solutions.
- Configure OTL components such as :
- Time entry rules & layouts
- Approval workflows
- Work schedules
- Accrual plans
- Ensure accurate time capture and seamless integration with Payroll and other HCM modules.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
Mandatory Skills / Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM CloudOracle Cloud HCM CertificationMinimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) implementationsHands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Time & LaborStrong understanding of global time & labor compliance requirementsExperience working in large, complex enterprise environmentsGood to Have
