Job description

Position : Online Tele Sales Associate

Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business

Administration, or a related field.

Industry : Gems & Jewelry (preferable) / Retail / Services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming leads from online platforms, social media, and company

website, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, calls, and WhatsApp with a
  • consultative sales approach.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized jewelry
  • recommendations.

  • Share product details, pricing, and offers with potential clients, ensuring
  • complete clarity.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on customer
  • preferences and lead quality.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales conversion targets.
  • Assist with after-sales support, including order tracking, payment coordination,
  • and addressing customer concerns.

  • Stay updated with jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights to pitch
  • effectively.

    Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven sales conversion skills with at least 2+ years in online sales / customer
  • acquisition (jewelry industry preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads / customers simultaneously.
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term relations.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in online sales (jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce
  • industry preferred).
