Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a gynecological ward.
- Possess a valid nursing license and relevant certifications related to gynecology.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient care practices and procedures, especially in gynecology.
- Proficiency in labor and delivery processes and techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in fetal monitoring with an ability to identify and respond to complications (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide care and support to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.Monitor fetal development and maternal health, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.Administer medications and treatments accurately according to hospital protocols.Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention specific to womens health.Collaborate with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.Adhere to the hospital's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
