Innova Solutions is looking for an experienced Ruby Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR), Microservices, and Full Stack Development. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will play a key role in software development and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Design and implement scalable microservices.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to build seamless and robust applications.
Work on full-stack development to handle both front-end and back-end tasks.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software requirements.
Ensure smooth integration of new features and enhance existing functionalities.

Key Skills Required :

Ruby (5+ years of experience)

Ruby on Rails (RoR) (5+ years of experience)

Microservices (5+ years of experience)

Strong understanding of Node.js and React.js (Preferred)

Solid experience in full-stack development.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with front-end technologies like React.js and Node.js.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
