Responsibilities : L2 Support :
- Perform Incident Management and handle Service Requests .
- Manage User Provisioning and Access Management .
- Execute Ongoing Operations activities .
- Facilitate Transition from existing teams .
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hybris platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and solutions.
- Engage in Client Interaction to translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
L3 Support :
Conduct Analysis, Design, Build / Change, and Unit / System Testing .Create and implement SAP customizations and extensions on the Hybris platform.Develop Hybris-based e-commerce solutions .Perform Configurations, Code Fixes, and Data Loads .Execute Release management activities .Coordination & Collaboration :
Coordinate L2 and L3 activities with Product Owners and Customer coordination groups .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Support Process :
Understand and contribute to O1 and O2 support processes .Contribute to application support and maintenance projects.Required Skills :
Basic understanding of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and API integrations .Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities .Experience in interaction with customers.Knowledge of O1 and O2 support processes.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Hybris platform.Strong analytical skills for L3 support (Analysis, Design, Build / Change).Capability to perform configurations, code fixes, and data loads.Familiarity with release management activities.Ability to coordinate with product owners and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications (Plus) : Certifications in SAP Hybris, Agile methodologies, and other relevant areas.Skills Required
