Role Overview : As a
Growth Intern (GTM) , you’ll work closely with our business development and partnerships teams to identify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account management.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across targeted industries or geographies.
Assist in
sales outreach
via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
Support
client calls, demos, and proposals
in coordination with the senior sales team.
Develop and maintain the
sales pipeline
using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Analyze
market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings
to refine sales strategies.
Help create
sales decks, one-pagers, and proposals
tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with marketing to support
lead generation campaigns
and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly reports on progress, learnings, and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA student
or recent graduate (Marketing / Strategy / Sales / International Business specialization preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Experience or coursework in
business development, consultative selling, or customer success
is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like
CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Google Workspace .
