Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
Drive acquisition and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Partner with product, growth, and analytics teams to design customer journeys and improve conversion funnels.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and customer LTV.
Build strong value propositions and communication strategies for new product launches.
Key Requirements :
5–7 years of experience in product or growth marketing , preferably in digital-first or consumer tech businesses.
Proven track record in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, and acquisition .
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
