We are looking for a
dedicated IT Service Desk & Event Support Specialist
to provide technical support across IT operations and high-profile events. This role combines hands-on IT troubleshooting with VIP and event technology support, ensuring seamless experiences for both our clients and event attendees across India.
Location : Mumbai | Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities :
Service Desk Operations :
Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, primarily on-site.
Configure and deploy operating systems (Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11) via SCCM or Ghost imaging, and manage data transfers.
Troubleshoot productivity tools like MS Office, antivirus software, and other applications.
Handle customer interactions, update / close tickets in ticketing systems, and deliver support at customer locations across India.
Event & VIP Support :
Assist in planning, setup, and execution of live events, conferences, and VIP experiences.
Monitor IT infrastructure during events, including network connectivity, AV systems, and other technology components.
Provide high-touch technical support for VIP guests, speakers, and sponsors, ensuring flawless presentations and connectivity.
Proactively anticipate and resolve technical issues for VIP attendees.
Event Documentation & Reporting :
Document all technical issues, resolutions, and event feedback.
Provide reports on technical support activities, equipment status, and incident management.
Recommend improvements for future event technology setups based on learnings and feedback.
Collaboration & Communication :
Work closely with event coordinators, production teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth event execution.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to quickly resolve technical issues.
Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, event organizers, and VIPs.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate with 3–8 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or event technology roles.
Experience providing VIP-level support during events is a plus.
Familiarity with AV systems, live streaming technology, and event network infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Flexible to work 6-day rotational shifts (24x7 support).
