Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end project management of real estate construction projects from preconstruction through to completion and handover.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource
allocations.
Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors toensure design intent and specifications are met.
Manage site execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, andtimelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with legaland regulatory standards.
Control project costs and monitor progress against budgets; proactively addressvariances.
Review and approve work progress reports, invoices, and change orders.Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.Ensure adherence to contract terms, statutory approvals, and internal governancestandards.
Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.Mentor and supervise junior project managers, engineers, and site staff.Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of experience in real estate construction project management, preferably witha developer or top-tier contractor.
Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings, townships, or commercialcomplexes.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methodologies, building codes, andsafety regulations.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Key Competencies :
