Job descriptionDriving Strategic Initiatives and Pilots (e.g., bootcamps, new formats) Development of annual / quarterly goals, growth strategy for scaling of business. Developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies from acquisition to retention and monetization Analyzing behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities and inform product / marketing decisions Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to implement scalable growth tactics Ownership of the Masterclass lifecycle (planning, hosting, pre / post-session execution) Staying up to date with emerging growth tools, trends, and best practices Identify innovative hypotheses based on current and future trends in EdTech 4+ years of experience in the similar role Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy First principles thinking approach. Availability for managing live master during (US hours) Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
