Position Overview
The Global Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability.
- Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems.
- Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Minimum 20 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership.Experience in IT / ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles.Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred.Preferred Skills
