Pivotal Accessibility is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. This role requires hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations and the ability to manage HR activities independently.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience managing HR operations for 50–60 employees
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end talent acquisition and onboardingEnd-to-end payroll processingHands-on management of HRMS (attendance, leave, employee records, reports)Employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and documentationHandling employee relations and HR-related queriesMaintaining accurate HR records and compliance documentationKey Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of HR operations and processesProven experience with HRMS platformsHigh attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownershipWork Mode
