About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Lead and mentor the business development team (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
