About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven SMT Line Inventory Executive to take charge of material flow and inventory accuracy in our high-speed SMT production line. You’ll be the link between planning, production, and procurement—ensuring that every component lands at the right place, at the right time, in perfect order.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain real-time inventory for SMT line components and consumables.
• Coordinate with purchase and planning teams for material availability and shortages.
• Prepare and update Material In / Out reports, FIFO tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• Support SMT operators and line leaders by issuing components per production schedule.
• Manage MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) component handling and storage.
• Ensure 5S compliance and traceability standards at stores and line-side racks.
• Handle return material, non-conformance tagging, and scrap segregation.
• Assist during monthly audits and cycle counts to maintain zero variance.
