Our Federal Government client requires an experienced Organisational Change Manager for an initial 12 month contract. You will work across Technology Strategy & Data Branch projects within the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Work with stakeholders in planning, developing, and executing change initiatives across the Agency.Develop a stakeholder management and engagement plans.Develop change management plans based on business demand, challenges, and implications. The change management plans include communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis work to successfully transition to a new way of working.Deliver specific risk treatment plans to mitigate business risks and concerns :Perform change readiness assessments to determine feasibility of implementation and present the results to business units.
Monitor the adoption and utilisation of change initiatives.Identify performance gaps and provide corrective actions.Provide information and assistance to business units in executing the change initiatives.If successful you will :
Establish and maintain effective business relationships and professional networks.Contribute to and implement improved ICT practices and procedures.Provide mentoring, coaching and training.Work effectively in a small team environment, and wider Branch environment.Role Particulars :

Working Arrangements : Working remotely from an alternate location (including work from home) or flexible work arrangements may be considered. Any approval is at the sole discretion of the Agency
