HR Manager – Gulf & India Projects

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to support our operations across the Gulf region and India. The role will be based in India and will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities for both geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead manpower recruitment and talent acquisition for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Manage payroll, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws in India and the Gulf.
• Collaborate with project teams and management to forecast manpower requirements and ensure smooth deployment.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen employee retention and satisfaction.

Requirements :

Location : Hyderabad (Remote coordination with Gulf teams)

Experience : 5+ years
