🔎 About the Role :
We’re looking for a Program Manager who can coordinate sales programs end-to-end, manage the full sales cycle, track funnel performance, and drive business insights through MIS. If you enjoy bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to sales operations, this role is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure)
- Plan & execute sales programs aligned to business goals
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Product & Finance to ensure smooth delivery
- Track pipeline progress, remove blockers, and ensure funnel movement
- Prepare & deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Maintain strong client & internal stakeholder relationships
- Build & analyze MIS dashboards to drive insights & decisions
- Ensure CRM / MIS data accuracy and effective usage across teams
✅ Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredExperience in sales / sales operations is a mustStrong exposure to sales cycle management & program executionProficient in CRM & MIS toolsExcellent communication, presentation & coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environmentpreference for Excel / advanced Excel candidate
