Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR) is looking for a dynamic Institute Director to lead overall academics, operations, strategy, compliance, and institutional growth.

Key Area of Responsibilities :

Academic leadership, curriculum quality, research culture
Accreditation (NAAC / NBA), compliance, policy alignment
Faculty hiring, performance, development
Admissions, placements, industry partnerships
Finance, budgeting, infrastructure, and campus operations
Branding, rankings, collaborations, new program development

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Master’s (mandatory), PhD (mandatory)

Post PhD Experience 15–20+ years in higher education with strong leadership experience.

Proven results in academic administration, accreditation, and institution building.

Strong people management, communication, and execution skills.
