Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from scope definition to delivery and post-launch support.
Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams (design, development, QA, DevOps, compliance) to define requirements and align on deliverables.
Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Manage iGaming / casino-specific workflows including wallet systems, payments, game integrations (slots, live casino, sports betting), loyalty programs, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular requirement discussions, sprint planning, and stand-ups with development and QA teams.
Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Trello, ensuring on-time delivery.
Prepare and share status reports, risk assessments, and escalation updates with stakeholders and clients.
Coordinate with third-party providers (game providers, payment gateways, CRM, marketing tools) for integrations.
Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and final release approvals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of project management experience in IT, experience in the iGaming / Casino domain is preferred
Strong knowledge of online casino operations, player lifecycle, payments, bonuses, KYC / AML, and regulatory requirements in web and Mobile Applications.
Proven experience managing Platform third party API integrations (Payments, Games, KYC, Geoblocaking)
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or Trello.
Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple parallel projects.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) is a plus.
Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile is preferred.
