Job Summary :

As a Manager in the Data Engineering practice, you will lead teams and client engagements to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade data platforms. You’ll drive data modernization initiatives involving data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses on Azure, AWS, and Databricks. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on technical depth, and client management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Architect and oversee end-to-end data engineering solutions for large-scale enterprise clients.
• Design data lakehouse, data warehouse, and data integration frameworks using Azure, Databricks, and other cloud platforms.
• Lead teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines.
• Define best practices for data governance, lineage, quality, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with client leadership to shape data strategy and modernization roadmaps.
• Provide technical mentorship to Senior Associates and Associates.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with emerging tools in data engineering and recommend adoption.
