Oracle Techno Functional HCM Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the following areas : HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader)

In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience working across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including : Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Key

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas.
• Proven experience in working with Oracle HCM modules : Payroll, Absence Management, ORC, Compensation and OTL.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, Personalization’s, workflows, and REDWOOD is a plus
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
