We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Engineer to join our team.

- This role involves crafting integrations and new features in JavaScript / TypeScript (40%), deploying, monitoring, and fine-tuning conversational agents for top HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies (60%), troubleshooting production issues, owning root-cause analysis, and shipping fixes promptly.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and the product team to roll out enhancements that drive conversion KPIs.
Key Qualifications
A proven track record of debugging and technical support in SaaS environments.Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent written communication skills for B2B clients.B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
