Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD CS Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution with Customer Service with a minimum of 7 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP SD CS solutions ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and providing expert-level support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain SAP SD CS solutions including O2C processes Pricing Billing Returns Third-Party Sales and Consignment
• Provide expert-level support for SAP CS including Claims service orders warranties repairs and integration with FI MM and PP
• Ensure seamless integration with Business Partner (BP) and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI)
• Develop and maintain RICEF IDocs User Exits and debugging skills
• Provide knowledge of ATP Delivery Scheduling Output control and Credit Management
• Utilize testing tools documentation and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) to ensure efficient project delivery
