We are looking foe Domestic IT recruiter to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end to end IT Recruitment for domestic clients, understanding job requirement to candidate onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals.

Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interview between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary and ensure timely closure of offers.

maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.

Stay updated with the latest in the IT job market and recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or a related field.

Must have 1 year of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter.

Strong understanding of IT skills and Technology.
