Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic professional to join our team as an AI & Digital Strategy Execution Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving execution across multiple high-impact initiatives including AI Blueprints, Pilot Programs, Ecosystem Engagements, Supporting Analyst Relations, Industry Events, Marketing plans. This role requires semi technical skills with a strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

You will serve as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, Technology, Solutions, and Partner Ecosystems, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Enablement

Support content and collateral development (Though leaderships, website, video narratives, demos).

Support Technology market analysts' activities (Everest, Ovum, ISG, Zinnov) to strengthen market positioning.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, adopt, and implement AI frameworks, data-driven solutions, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

Translate business problems into AI / ML use cases and collaborate with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Manage relationships with key accounts while coordinating with ecosystem partners (startups, analysts, and incubators).

Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives such as AI Blueprints, Pilot related to AI Landing, and CXM / EXM

Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy execution, or program management within technology, AI, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of AI frameworks, data science, machine learning, and emerging tech applications.

Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and persuasive communication.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, marketing, product, ecosystem partners).

Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable outcomes.

Skills & Competencies

Strong execution mindset with ability to manage both Direct and Indirect levers of growth (sales-driven initiatives, analyst relations, ecosystem partnerships, collateral creation).

Strong business analyst skills : requirement gathering, problem structuring, insight generation.

Ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences (sales, delivery, analysts, partners).

Execution-focused with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Comfort in working with data-driven insights and AI / ML concepts to frame solutions.
