Role Purpose :

The Data Visualization and Automation Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. This role involves verifying and improving the automation of dashboards, automating workflows on MS Teams, and ensuring seamless manual updates to Power BI dashboards when required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Power BI, understands or experienced in workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Dashboard and Reporting :

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Create data visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Verify the accuracy and reliability of automated dashboards, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Workflow Automation :

  • Automate workflows on MS Teams to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Data Management and Updates :

  • Perform manual updates to Power BI dashboards and reports when automation is not feasible.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations and reporting tools.
  • Conduct Periodic data hygiene activities for India across teams
  • Insights & Analysis :

  • Analyse historical and current data to uncover trends and key drivers.
  • Provide insights into customer behaviour, market changes, and business performance.
  • Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, operations, and strategy to align insights with business objectives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Opportunity Identification :

  • Identify areas for business growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable business opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Support :

  • Work closely with IT, sales, and operations teams to understand data requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on dashboard usage and data interpretation.
  • Process Improvement :

  • Identify opportunities to enhance dashboard functionality and improve automation processes.
  • Document workflows, updates, and automation procedures for future reference.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience : 2-4 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field or MBA.
  • Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with MS Teams workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles and database systems.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., DAX, Python) are a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
