Customer Support Executive - Ahmedabad (On-Site)

We’re India’s fastest-growing Holidaywear brands — The Curvves & Plus Curvves, and we’re on the lookout for a young, dynamic, people-loving human to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.

What you’ll do :

• Be the voice (and heart!) of our brands across all touchpoints — WhatsApp, calls, emails & social media.
• Handle customer queries with empathy, patience, and care — because every interaction counts.
• Keep your calm even when things get a little tropical (read : stressful 😅).
• Manage communications with influencers & content creators on Instagram — keeping things smooth, fun, and on-brand.
• Ensure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy — always on time!
