Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our PMS Operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, compliance, and client servicing activities related to Portfolio Management Services in line with SEBI regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end PMS operations, including account opening, transaction processing, and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate trade execution, settlement, and reporting for PMS clients.
Coordinate with custodians, brokers, banks, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain client records, agreements, investment mandates, and KYC documentation as per SEBI regulations.
Prepare and review daily NAV reports, performance reports, and client portfolio statements.
Handle audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements (SEBI, exchanges, custodians).
Ensure timely and accurate updates in back-office and PMS software systems.
Support risk management by adhering to investment mandates and RMS guidelines.
Assist in onboarding new clients and responding to operational queries.
Work closely with compliance and IT teams to implement new processes and system updates.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

2+ years of experience in PMS / Wealth Management / Broking / Asset Management operations.

Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS Regulations, capital market operations, and compliance processes.

Hands-on experience with PMS back-office software and reconciliation tools.

Good understanding of trade settlements, corporate actions, NAV calculations, and client reporting.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and stakeholder management
