Agentic AI Engineer (Python)

Job experience : 6-10 years

We’re seeking a Python-focused engineer skilled in AI and agentic workflows. You’ll build and

deploy agents that reason, integrate tools, and automate tasks—serving as our first hire in this area.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows where agents act autonomously. E.g., document reasoning, cause ranking, ticket generation.
• Integrate tools, APIs, and knowledge sources using Python, FastAPI, and async I / O.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and manage agent orchestration.
• Deploy solutions using Docker, CI / CD tools, with logging and monitoring for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with domain experts to iterate on prototypes, delivering functional agent workflows.
• Write clear documentation detailing design, workflow logic, and outcomes.
