RCM – Regional Sales Executive

Location : India / UAE (Remote)

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Executive will drive new business growth by selling the company’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, including clearinghouse, EDI, credentialing, and end-to-end RCM solutions to healthcare providers and organizations. This role requires a strategic, consultative, and tech-savvy sales professional who can blend traditional healthcare service models with modern, technology-enabled RCM offerings. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry insight, a strong healthcare provider network, and a proven ability to exceed revenue targets through solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development for clearinghouse, EDI, credentialing, and complete RCM solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and C-level decision-makers .
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings .
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure solution alignment, client onboarding, and success.
  • Gather market intelligence on payer trends, regulations, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine regional campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven success in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) sales .
  • Strong understanding of clearinghouse, credentialing, EDI, and end-to-end RCM workflows .
  • Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling , able to communicate complex RCM concepts effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with C-level and senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting).
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment .
  • Competent in using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare RCM sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to Acute Care Providers or Health Systems .
  • Deep knowledge of payer dynamics, reimbursement models, and healthcare revenue operations .
  • Recognized contributor or thought leader in the healthcare RCM industry (preferred).
  • Professional memberships in healthcare or revenue cycle associations are advantageous.
