Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed home loan sales targets.
- Drive consistent business growth by identifying high-potential regions and market segments.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives / relationship managers.Monitor and guide team performance through regular reviews and feedback.Set clear targets and provide motivation to achieve individual and team KPIs.3. Market Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through tie-ups with builders, real estate agents, DSA partners, and connectors.Organize promotional campaigns and participate in real estate expos or roadshows to boost visibility and lead generation.4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.Address customer queries, coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution, and manage client escalations.Eligibility Criteria
Education : Graduation (any discipline) is mandatoryExperience : Minimum 3 years in home loan or mortgage sales, with hands-on experience in team leadershipProven ability to handle large sales teams and work under performance-driven environmentsSkills Required
