▷ Immediate Start : Senior Academy Manager

Hi,

We at Cipla, are looking for Senior Academy Training Manager at our Mumbai Central location.

This will be for our Respiratory / Diabetes team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conducted induction training programs for new joiners which includes medical, product as well as selling skills
• Train MRs, ABMs, RBMs & prepare them for the field.
• Provide them On the Job Training on field.
• Conducted comprehensive training needs assessments across various departments, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and future requirements
• Induction to new joinees by imparting them medical knowledge & brand knowledge.

Education - Any Post Graduation

Years of Experience : 8+ years , minimum 3years of Training experience
