Job Description :

Team Leadership : Will lead offshore data teams and collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs.

Role Overview :

We are seeking two experienced Data Designers to lead the design and delivery of modern data solutions for clients Pricing Sophistication Program. The role requires deep expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and product-oriented data architecture within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Azure and Databricks.
• Design medallion-style data architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop robust ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and event-driven frameworks.
• Model insurance data across domains (policy, claims, quotes, pricing) using 3NF and dimensional schemas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver data products aligned with operational and analytical needs.
• Lead and mentor offshore data teams, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance using tools like Unity Catalog, Purview, and metadata-driven frameworks.
