Overview

Masters' Union is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand's identity. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design engaging visuals for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.

Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs.

Ensure all designs meet the standards for typography, spacing, color themes, and alignment.

Select and incorporate high-quality images from reputable sources to enhance the visual appeal of the content.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand's visual identity modern and effective.

Preferred Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.

A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of brand consistency.

Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media.

Proficiency in design softwares including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

Strong knowledge of branding, typography, design principles, spacing, color theory,

and alignment.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them in creating intuitive and engaging designs.

Knowledge of sourcing and licensing images from reputable sources.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
