Role Purpose :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, program, simulate, and test automation products and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to process optimization through innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Design & Development

Analyze software requirements and contribute to the design of automation solutions.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks across technology stacks.
Design and execute automation tests, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Optimize processes by researching and implementing new automation architectures and solutions.

Project Execution

Formulate and implement project plans, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Agile delivery teams, to understand product vision and user stories.

Track and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless delivery of automation processes.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

Develop and automate processes for software validation, creating and executing test cases.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, test cases, and performance reviews.

Perform backend / database programming as needed to support automation projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with internal teams, including architects, consultants, and subject matter experts, to ensure smooth execution.

Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and resolve queries.

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in programming languages and automation tools.

Hands-on experience with testing tools, customization, and implementation.

Knowledge of current and upcoming technologies in automation and testing.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in automation engineering, including design and testing.

Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
