Engineer - OPM

Job Summary :

Managing the end-to-end process of fixture design and manufacturing — from requirement collection to final handover. This role coordinates closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and QA to ensure project quality, timeline, and cost efficiency, continuously driving improvements in fixture performance, technology, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Fixture / jig / tooling project management

Plan, implement and monitor the entire life cycle of fixture design and manufacturing project (from requirement to handover).

Coordinate with relevant departments such as Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, QA to ensure project progress and quality.

Requirements collection and analysis

Work with manufacturing and engineering departments to collect technical requirements of fixture.

Ensure design meets actual needs and manufacturing standards.

Document management and improvement

Manage relevant documents such as : drawings, BOM, SOP, project log.

Recommend and implement improvements in fixture technology, performance and cost.

Skill Sets

Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of production equipment (fixture, jig, Tool)

Good project planning and coordination skills.

Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, materials, and mechanical processing processes.

Proficiency in technical software : AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, Office... is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
