IT Systems Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud and on-premise systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure while providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS

Support and manage client systems, including Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity, and Sitecore

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support CI / CD pipelines and environments

Develop and maintain ITIL documentation, including procedures, policies, and user guides (English)

Act as the primary IT point of contact, responsible for office IT inventory, network infrastructure, and end-user equipment (laptops and peripherals)

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24 / 7 support as needed

Provide helpdesk support across Windows and macOS environments

Skills & Responsibilities

Strong command of professional business English

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Familiarity with operating systems and server technologies, including DNS, IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu, and Windows Server

Proven ability to troubleshoot independently, solve problems efficiently, and work under pressure

Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-driven with a strong willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to Have

Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity, or Sitecore

Previous on-call IT support experience

Knowledge of container technologies (Docker)

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a strong advantage
