Seqlo, a leading brand of DSS Group, specializes in real-time PCR-based molecular and food safety testing kits . We are looking for Field Service Engineer in Delhi.

As a Field Service Engineer the person will be responsible for verifying the proper functioning and quality control of the laboratory equipment. This position requires traveling and providing exceptional technical support to customers, including calibration, application, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing issues.

Job Description

• Recognize and communicate product issues, complaints, improvements, and resolutions.
• Test reagents in customer laboratories on new and existing diagnostic instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment. (PCR, RT PCR machine, Centrifuges, Vortex machine, etc.)
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist customers with meeting their regulatory and verification requirements.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts usage.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures when working on equipment.

Requirement :

Preferably from a life science industry with hands-on exposure to medical devices service.

Good Knowledge of the domain.

Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.

Desired Skills :

Good proven written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel extensively.

Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams

Experience :

2-5 years

Experience with servicing laboratory equipment is a must.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electronics or B.Tech. Electronics
