Works closely with corporate finance, finance systems and the wider business to analyse financial data and present it in a format that can be used widely.

You'll be responsible for :

Assisting the finance manager to run day to day commercial, finance, and accounting functions for India and timely and accurate monthly reporting to Mace international finance.

Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and ensuring smooth and compliant invoicing process.

Being able to prepare tax computations and file returns.

Communicating and cooperating with external tax, GST, accounting, and legal consultants.

Preparing calculations, income and social taxes and other necessary adjustments.

Booking of AP Invoices and payment to AP Invoices.

Working under tight deadlines to provide accurate and monthly reporting packs to Mace international finance.

Budgeting and monthly forecasting, including cash flow forecasts.

Overviewing, analysis, and quality control of commercial, financial and management reports.

Preparing commercial / bid support to project directors as required.

Ensuring project / commercial teams have project workbooks in place and reviewing the same month with project teams.

Assisting Mace international finance head office.

Assisting with other ad-hoc India / APAC / Group finance department projects

Assisting with month-end and year-end close.

Assisting with the preparation and coordination of the annual audit process.

You'll need to have :

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.COM).

Experience in the use of computer software products (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience of Oracle and Cognos TM1.

Professional knowledge in financial accounting, corporation tax, income tax, GST.
