• Support process improvement initiatives including improving service and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain Security Operations portfolio of products it leverages to run the function are operational and health checked on an on-going basis in line with agreed KPI's.

Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes. Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required.

Involvement in any SailPoint improvement work requiring input from the ICA team.
