Job Opportunity : Enhance Operational Efficiency
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in customer service operations, e-commerce or operations management.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building workflows, datasets and simulations that are critical for benchmarking large language models (LLMs).
Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested against real-world business scenarios, validated for accuracy and compliance, and aligned with customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop operational workflows for compliance checks, audits, and internal controls.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for administrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logs.
- Structure datasets to reflect refund logs, approval workflows, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with tooling developers to simulate dashboards and monitoring workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Hands-on experience in operations management and compliance workflows.Familiarity with common tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, ERPs like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in AI-generated workflows.Understanding of how operational data is used to train and evaluate LLMs.Excellent written English for creating training-quality datasets and validating AI responses.Benefits :
