International Business Development

Position : International Business development Manager

European & US Market experience must with Medical Communications background.

Location : Bangalore

We are predominantly looking for the International Business Development Manager for Medical communication with Life sciences background only; you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. This is a senior leadership role, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in international business development.

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum of 7 to10 years of experience in international business development European or US market experience must with Medical Communications or life sciences background.

Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and driving business growth

Strong understanding of global markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Willingness to travel internationally as required

Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities both domestically and internationally

Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Lead negotiations and discussions with potential clients and business partners

Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact international business

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients

Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
