Job description

1 Production Planning & Execution

Plan, schedule, and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and spare parts.

2 Process Optimization

Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Implement process improvements to reduce waste, cost, and time.

Suggest upgrades to machinery or production methods as needed.

3 Quality Control

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Work closely with the quality control team to monitor defects and implement corrective actions.

Maintain production records and reports for audits and management review.

4 Maintenance & Safety

Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards.

Identify potential risks and take corrective measures proactively.

5 Team Coordination

Supervise production staff and operators on the shop floor.

Provide guidance, training, and support to improve efficiency and performance.

Foster teamwork and a positive work culture on the production floor.

6 Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Maintain records of material consumption, machine utilization, and production efficiency.

Assist management in production planning and cost optimization decisions.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹15, ₹40,920.68 per month
