1. Required Profile

Hands-on Senior Java Developers (8–12 years experience preferred).

Must be :

Strong in core Java programming .

Independently capable of coding without daily supervision.

Able to understand and analyze existing .NET / C# code .

Prior .NET experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to understand .NET code during migration.

No need for architectural or high-level design experience — architecture is already in place.

Should have confidence to take code end-to-end , including taking changes to production.

Strong communication skills required.

Financial domain exposure is a preferred, but not mandatory.

2. Project Context

Project is a .NET → Java modernization / migration .

Application domain : Loan management, payments, and disbursements .

Only this team is using .NET extensively — other teams are Java-heavy.
