Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate databases. The role also involves assisting with onboarding processes and maintaining regular communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members
• Proficiency in talent sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
• An understanding of recruitment strategies and practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
