Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Social Media & Founder’s Office Associate

who will work closely with the founding team to help grow our digital presence and streamline our transition to a strong online-first retail brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, social media, content creation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Create engaging social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Plan, execute, and edit photo / video shoots of products.

Edit photos / videos for online use (Shopify, Instagram, website, ads).

Draft compelling captions and brand-aligned storytelling posts.

Customer Engagement & Reviews

Collect and showcase customer reviews / testimonials across platforms.

Create engaging review-based content to build trust and community.

Digital Growth & Online Transition

Support in taking the full store catalogue online (Shopify / e-commerce setup).

Assist in uploading and organizing product listings with high-quality images and descriptions.

Research best practices for fashion e-commerce and recommend improvements.

Founder’s Office Support

Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.

Support day-to-day operational and creative tasks.

Requirements

Strong interest in social media, fashion, and storytelling.

Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (Canva / Photoshop / Lightroom, etc.).

Familiarity with Instagram / TikTok trends and content creation.

Photography skills (preferred, not mandatory).

Strong communication skills (English + regional language is a bonus).

Self-driven, creative, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
